Customers may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be new or unused with original packaging and all instructional materials included in the shipment. Customers are responsible for all lost and damaged items in return shipping so please insure. All returns must be received at our location within 45 days of delivery. After 30 days of delivery, a partial refund may be issued. Returned merchandise that is either opened and/or used may be issued a partial refund. If the return is a result of a manufacturers defect, MSP will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, if returned within the 30 day period. After the 30 day period has expired, the manufacturer’s warranty will be in effect. When MSP receives your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or refund.
