USED BURN-OUT ARGON AND AIR FURNACE SYSTEM MODEL BC900WAS WORKING GOOD LAST TIME IN SERVICE. THE FUNCTION OF THIS FURNACE IS TO REMOVE UP TO 3 POUNDS OF ACRYLIC ORGANIC BINDERS FROM COMPOSITE MATERIALS PRIOR TO THEIR PROCESSING IN A VACUUM FURNACE. THESE BINDERS MUST BE REDUCED TO HARMLESS OXIDES BEFORE BEING VENTED TO THE ATMOSPHERE.  THE MODEL BC900 FURNACE IS A BOTTOM LOADING, VERTICAL, CYLINDRICAL FURNACE CONTAINING AN INCONEL RETORT WHICH IS SURROUNDED BY KANTHAL AF HEATER AND INSULATION PACKAGE.  PERFORMANCE MAXIMUM OPERATING TEMPERATURE:  MAIN FURNACE, 1000 DEGREES C. (NORMAL 300-500 DEGREES C) BURN-OUT FURNACE, 1000 DEGREES C PRESSURE:  MAIN FURNACE, ROUGH VAC - ATM. RETORT, ROUGH VAC - 2 PSIG MAXIMUM SHELL TEMPERATURE:  175 - 200 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.    SPECIFICATIONS:  HEAT ZONE:  30" DIAMETER BY 39" HIGH WITH A 26" ID BY 30" HIGH INCONEL 600 RETORT SPECIMEN SIZE:  24" DIAMETER BY 24" HIGH, UP TO 300 POUNDS. INSULATION:  4" THICK VACUUM FORMED CERAMIC AND 2" THICK CERAMIC BLANKET. POWER FEED:  VIA SIX (6) FEEDTHROUGHS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TOP COVER HEAT ZONE ACCESS:  VIA THE BOTTOM. CHAMBER:  SINGLE WALL, 304 STAINLESS STEEL; 45" INSIDE DIAMETER BY 54" HIGH. VIEW PORT:  NONE. PUMPING PORT:  VIA RETORT TOP. MOUNTING:  ON FOUR (4) LEGGED, MILD STEEL, PAINTED, CUSTOM FRAME, 68" WIDE BY 68" DEEP BY 65" HIGH. WATER SYSTEM:  3/4" IPS SYSTEM WITH THREE (3) CIRCUITS. BALANCING VALVE ON EACH CIRCUIT.  SYSTEM HAS FLOW SWITCH PRESENT TO SHUT DOWN THE HOT ZONE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF WATER.                 (WE CAN LOAD ON BUYER'S TRUCK FOR FREE)
