For sale is THE BOX ONLY for the following set: [ ZEISS Jena Phase kit including the phase condenser,three condenser lenses,a phase telescope and another unit with phase rings,diaphragm and some frosted filter. The items show a high level of craftsmanship and are all in top condition. The phase rings are made by metal deposition on glass,and not as the usual black paint on glass.They are very clear and precise.I was told that this phase kit fits the Zeiss JENA NEOPHOT AND NEOPHOT-2 microscope(s) .The two rings mean variable phase-contrast (high resolution /high contrast). The three condenser lenses bear the numbers:304173H,304173F and 304173G. They are also marked:Planachro inf/0 63x/0.65 ,planachro inf./0 25x/0.50 and planacro inf./0 8x/0.16. The phase condenser unit slides into the suitable slot. The other dark unit (condenser) has two concentric phase rings.It is centerable and has a diaphragm. All in perfect shape. The kit also contains a phase telescope. It is made of two parts and can almost double in length when expended.Everything comes in the original wooden box.The pictures display a lot of information.] I am ready to answer questions.As these microscopes seem to to last forever,maybe this rare find might benefit someone still using them.
