TESTING & COSMETIC NOTES: This is a USED WORKING item in GOOD cosmetic condition that WAS PULLED FROM A WORKING ENVIRONMENT and is GUARANTEED WORKING AS DESCRIBED When we received this item the pole and mounting bracket was loose, we re-attached the bracket using a weld epoxy, view photo for detail, now the pole attaches to the base and is sturdy; we are unsure how well the epoxy will hold over time.
