This is a wall mount unit and the color is yellow. The eyewash bowl material is stainless steel and the eyewash activates by a flag push handle. The valve and fitting material are both chrome plated brass and the pipe material is galvanized steel with safety yellow coating. The fitting size is 1/2 of an inch female NPT and the head diameter is 1-1/2 inches. The bowl diameter is 13 inches and the dimensions of the unit are 15-7/8 inches in width by 13-5/8 inches in depth by 14-5/8 inches in height. We have inspected this item and have found there to be no signs of damage or prior use.
