THIS UNIT IS ALREADY BUILT AND READY TO WORK!! NO RESERVE!!! Up for sale is a 28 foot fully loaded concession trailer. GVW is under 7,000 lbs but it does have 2 Dexter 5,500 pound axles. It has an 18 foot kitchen with a 10 foot porch. On the back of the unit it has a foldable ramp for easy access. There are 2 entry doors, one on the side opposite the serving window and another going onto the porch. There is a 3 foot by 3 foot access door to all plumbing and electrical as well as a little extra storage in the front of the v nose. It has a city fill with safety fill for the water with huge fresh water and grey water tanks. The clean out is a standard fitting for an RV grey water pump for easy access to drain at any grey water dispensable location. The inside is fully decked out with cabinets and drawers. The ceiling height was raised giving the inside dimensions approx 9 foot ceilings. All the walls and roof are insulated and all electrical is ran. The trailer also comes with an 8 foot serving window complete with double glass and window screens and a foldable serving counter on the outside.
