New Convatec Duoderm CGF (Control Gel Formula)  4"x4"/10cm x 10cm This is for one package with 5 Individual Pieces of DuoDerm 4" by 4"/10cm x 10cm CGF Dressing DuoDERM CGF Hydrocolloid dressings consist of a highly flexible, polyurethane outer foam layer and an adhesive skin contact layer that contains a unique hydrocolloid composition. DuoDERM CGF dressing is a hydrocolloid, moisture-retentive wound dressing used for partial and full-thickness wounds with exudate. DuoDERM CGF dressings are conformable and can be easily molded into place to enhance patient comfort and minimize leakage. DuoDERM CGF dressing is indicated for use on dermal ulcers including full-thickness wounds, pressure ulcers (Stage I-IV), leg ulcers, superficial wounds, partial thickness burns and donor sites.  Special Features DuoDERM CGF dressings are indicated for use on lightly to moderately exuding acute and chronic wounds including:   Pressure ulcers (Stages I to IV) Leg ulcers Diabetic ulcers Traumatic wounds (superficial wounds, minor abrasions, and lacerations) Surgical wounds (postoperative, donor sites)
