Brand New Ferno Model 26 Roll-In Cot Stretcher with 2 wheel locks Simplicity is the key to the Ferno Model 26 Two-Level, Roll-In Cot. The Model 26 has only two positions - fully elevated, and ground level. In the elevated position, the cot can be shortened by elevating the backrest and folding down the hinged, head-end frame. Its legs fold up as it is rolled into the ambulance, and unfold as the cot is removed. An automatic locking system secures both the front and rear legs simultaneously as the leg sections unfold. Left-hand and right-hand control levers unlock the front and back legs respectively as the cot is prepared for loading. Recommended for Type II ambulances or others with a ground-to-floor height of 28" or lower. Also available in a Shock Frame Model 26-S. Includes Model 460 Bolster Mattress, two Model 430 Patient Restraints, and one Model 417-1 Shoulder Harness. Features: Tubular aluminum construction provides durability and strength. Plastic bearings are provided on rotating components for easy movement. Automatic locking leg system ensures that the cot legs are locked into place once they are fully unfolded. Swing-down side rails enable convenient patient transfer from hospital bed to cot. Adjustable backrest angle from 0 to 75 degrees allows patient to be in most comfortable position possible during transport. Two stationary and two swivel wheels assist in maneuvering. Infectious-control, full-length bolster mattress provides comfort and minimizes lateral patient movement.
