Each shipment is boxed and palletized per order so we will need to know how many chairs, barstools, tables, etc. you need and where it is shipping to get an accurate freight quotation. Once we obtain the freight quotation we will add that amount to your order before check-out. We use common carriers that best services each area of the country so you can rest assured that you are getting the most competitive freight costs along with the best delivery service. We do not ship to residential addresses unless prior arrangements have been agreed to by both seller and buyer. Also we do not ship internationally. Common carrier freight service is delivered as close as possible to your front door but does not include inside delivery or a litigate. Buyer will be responsible for taking the shipment off from the back of the truck into your facility. If you need litigate service or inside delivery please inform customer service as these services are available for an additional fee. Damages/Claims: Please sign for shipment only when you are certain there is no damages to your products. If you suspect concealed damage you must note that on the bill of lading when signing for the delivery, it is also recommended to take pictures of the damages as you see them. On the rare occasion that you find damages to your shipment it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the freight carrier within 14 days, no exceptions. Once this time has passed legally there is no recourse. Returns: Buyer has up to 14 days to return product. Buyer must contact customer service for a return authorization number; no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. It is the responsibility of the buyer (at buyer's cost) to ship the return items back to our distribution center from where the original shipment came from. All items must be returned in new condition in order to receive a refund. All eligible returns will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. If we made an error in the shipment we will ship out the correct item at no additional cost to the buyer.
