Brand new never installed Schenck Accurate feeder system 90472 - 01A - MECGL / MODIC - 1G - 2A. This system includes the following: MechaTron Lowrange Coni-Flex Dual Drive Feeder - A motor controller is used to adjust feed rate and control helix. There are two essentially different variants of the lowrange MechaTron feeder. MechaTron feeder for volumetric feeding and gravimetric feeding. The steep wall design of the feed hopper readily facilitates material mass flow and movement to the helix. Constant, consistent, external agitation ensures flowable materials without bridging. Complete filling of all helix flights producing reliable feed rates is a positive result of both design and agitation. The MechTron feeder is fully accessible from te back (service side), aiding servicing and cleaning activities while allowing the front (process side) to remain in place. System electronics are protected in an electrical enclosure at the side of the feeder. An extremely stable, functional, feeder lifting device is employed to lift and move the feeder.
