Circumstances have required us to sell now due to some financial constraints. This unit has everything you could possibly need to live on your own, or to use as an investment property. We rented the unit out for $65/ night, so it only takes a few years to recoup your entire investment. Alternatively you could always rent it out by the month for anywhere between $450 and $600 but we chose to do a nightly rental because of all the buzz it creates. We constantly have people interested in touring it, viewing it and spending a night or two in it. You can depreciate this item unlike a traditional home as well, since it is considered technically a trailer and not a home....this means depreciating over a 5 year span rather than 27.5 years.
