Listing is for a brand new open box model SL-19-M "Fire Escape" electric lighted exit sign for hard wiring and with a metal housing manufactured by Western Lighting Co. Housing measures 22 3/8" ling x 8 5/8" high x 2 7/8" deep. Comes with two glass panes with arrows for left and right directions. Comes with original box. The right arrow glass pane has a small chip on the bottom left corner but does not affect display. Great display for a man cave!!! 14 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR THIS ITEM ONLY IF IT DOES NOT WORK: If for some reason the fixture does not work after you hook it up you have 14 days to return the item at your expense and I will refund the original purchase price and the original shipping cost....as long as it is returned in the same condition as you received it.
