Brandt coin counter packager model 749 with coin bags coin tubes. You will receive  Brandt coin counter 4 coin tubes Side catch (Black square piece in pictures) Metal ring 6 large coin bags. The ring and tubes probably go with another counter i'm not sure. The coin counter kinda works but it is very dirty inside and needs servicing. I only tested with quarters. I only ran quarters through it sometimes they would get stuck. I had 40 quarters sometimes it would count 38 or 39 when i ran them about 8 times. I see dirt build up on the adjuster arm where the coins go. The power cable has wear near the end(see picture).  This is being sold as is.  I'm strongly telling you it is in need of cleaning and service to work properly. I'm sure it has been used a lot. If you have questions please ask before buying. Thank you.
