Item came from a working environment. IT powers on and the meter appears to work. The timer can be heard working and holds when turned to the holding position. I do not have the equipment to test it further. Cosmetically it has marks, scratches, sticker residue, and there are pieces of plastic under the dials and meter from what looks like a plastic protector that was on the front. See pictures.This item does NOT come with a manual, power cord, or other parts. Only what is pictured is sold with this listing. No additional items.
