One piece needs an inexpensive cooling fan. If you are setting up for Ultrasonic Welding, then this is the bargain lot for you! All four welders each have a “Scrub” device that allows the Ultrasonic horn to touch the subbase and immediately retract without any damage to the system. The scrub device is typically used to cut through the workpiece material. EXAMPLE: Using the proper horn and with one stroke it can cut through and seal both of the ends of a nylon strap at the same time! Includes a cycle counter to keep track of production. All four units each comes complete with a converter/booster assembly. Ultrasonic Horn Tool NOT Included - sold separately. Operators manual included. All Welders can be operated by footpedal or by pushbutton or by automatic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Not Included.
