BRASILIA ESPRESSO BOTTOMLESS NAKED PORTAFILTER *Does not include stainless steel end cap as pictured. A great training tool for any barista! The bottomless (naked) portafilter allows the barista to view any problems that may be occurring during the espresso extraction. The barista would know immediately if channeling occurs making them aware that a level tamp was not made.  Watching an extraction from a bottomless portafilter vividly shows the barista how the extraction is progressing and makes them aware of what changes are needed to be made to achieve the perfect extraction. Item description Includes fully chromed 21 gram triple basket insert Commercial grade, factory cut, professionally milled Made in Italy Not an original OEM Brasilia part fits the Brasilia BE-61 Group For non BE-61 Group machines, see compatible item Bezzera Bottomless Portafilter NOTE: Bottom edge may be relatively sharp from factory cutting. Stainless steel end cap not included but is available as an option End Cap The naked portafilter has been produced by an espresso machine parts manufacturer, the inside is chromed all the way through and the bottom edge is very precise and can be relatively sharp.
