Brasscraft 5/16" x 50' Cable Drum Machine 978042 Thanks so much for looking in my store, Mama Wanna Save! This item comes from a lot that is either a shelf pull, discontinued, or is a store return. The boxes may have damage, some significant, but I do my best to test items that I can. (I can't install light switches, outlets, etc, but you get the idea.) There may be some things missing, and there may not be any instructions.. I do my best to describe the item included. If I know of something missing, I will tell you in the ad. But, I'm not an electrician or handyman and sometimes don't know if there are parts, pieces or information missing. Just send me a message through eBay messenger and I will get back to you ASAP to resolve the situation. We do have our items also listed on a local level, so if you are interested in something it may not be there the next time you look because someone else swiped up that awesome deal :) Items are shipped within 24 hours and usually through First class shipping.
