This is a set of original Bridgeport Machines Quick Change Tooling Holders for an R-8 spindle milling machine.  I am told these were used as show pieces for Bridgeport Machines many years ago.  This set includes at least 22 pieces.  Included is the R8 quick change chuck, many different tool holder adapters and even the Jacobs chuck key and 3 wrenches. This set appears to be Brand New and never used on a machine but again I am not sure of the history of these holders.  The set is from the early eighties or sooner because that is when they were given to me.   I do not think these can be used in their current condition because the chrome plating seems to be of show quality and very heavy. I was not able to get the holders to fit into the chuck and lock in place.  The chuck turns tightly..  I did not try to adjust the holder so it may be possible to use these holders but I am not certain. Because of the chrome finish these look very nice and would display very well.   All the items in the photo are included in this auction.  Please ask any questions before bidding.  These have been stored indoors in my non smoking home.   I accept Paypal only for the fastest shipping.
