This is a 7 hp Briggs & Stratton Intek over head valve horizontal engine tapered shaft, 2-13/16" long and the end is tapped 5/16" 24T. The engine was removed from a 3600kw Generac that quit producing voltage and had less than 40 hours run time. The engine is made for tapered cone generator heads up to 3600kw running ,5300 surge watts. The Briggs is complete with exhaust pipe, muffler and can be used as an direct replacement for Troy-Bilt, Wheelhouse, Craftsman, Briggs & Stratton Storm Responder, Husky, Devibiss, Lincoln Welders-Generators and many more, providing the generator head will accommodate the 2-13/16" shaft. This engine is made for Generators and has a mechanical governor that controls the engine speed. If you are going to install on anything other then a generator, use at you own risk and chances are, it's not going to work. Please note that all engine specifications have been checked and are within tolerances. Also, a new spark plug has been installed, the air filter cleaned and the carburetor has been flushed and fogged. The Briggs & Stratton engine is guaranteed to run with no issues. It's properly prepared and ready for service and ships without oil other than a quarter tablespoon to coat the cylinder.
