Motor did not turn on at the start but when I tapped on it, it started working. No further testing was done. I don't know what parts are missing. Selling "as is, where is" with no returns. See pictures for what's included in this sale. Comes only with what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it in the pictures, you probably wont get it.
