Homogenizers are used to rapidly break down plant and animal tissue for chemical analysis, prepare emulsions and samples for titrations, and extract pesticides in soil samples. Provide fast, reproducible homogenization, emulsion, dispersion, and mixing, with consistent sample-to-sample uniformity. These units can also be used to homogenize heart, liver, uterus, and smooth muscle for the isolation of mitochondria, intact golgi apparatus, and nuclei, as well as grains and seeds for nutritional analysis. The Homogenizer features digital speed control from 0 to 30,000rpm that maintains set speed regardless of sample changes. The generators (not included with this sale) are designated "Quick-Connect" as they can be connected/disconnected from the homogenizer quickly and easily. We have powered on the device where the front panel shows 0.00 RPM with switch all the way counter clockwise. Upon turning the dial clockwise RPM's increase accordingly. Power seems smooth and strong. The underside drive unit spins accordingly. Please note we are Not experts in this field.
