This is Celluteq's CEBP-500-13-8, broadband high power RF amplifier. It can deliver up to 8W output power over the frequency range of 500MHz to 1300MHz. The amplifier ploys balanced output configuration which yields good output return loss and increase the system reliability. It also features protection circuits for overheat and over/reverse voltages. The key specifications are as follow.
