The Broaster is specifically designed for high volume production and can cook up to 20 pieces of fresh bone-in chicken per load in under 10 minutes. Its unique pressure activated cover locking mechanism offers safety and ease of use, while its round cooking well design ensures more uniform heat distribution, durability, and efficiency. The Broaster also has a fully welded cooking well made from durable 300 Series Stainless Steel. Although marked "No Returns," the buyer has 5 days after pickup to test the Broaster. The unit was just removed from a grocery store and most of the equipment is late model and clean. Although untested due to the cord being removed, everything appears intact as it should be. The model has an offboard oil drain and no filter tray, but they are obtainable if required. Upon further inspection, the motor shows it is a 1PH 115/230v 60/50hz, 1/3 hp, not 3PH as indicated on the front tag.
