I purchased this at an auction a while back. Marked on the top of the box it states "NEVER BEEN USED" So I am assuming that it hasn't been out of the box. I already have a fax here in my office, otherwise I would have kept this item. Even though it is "new & in box" I am selling "as is & untested", as I have not personally hooked it up to try it. I do ship internationally, however only to countries that participate in ebay's global shipping program. Buyers are responsible for all fees associated with overseas shipping & PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF THE END OF SALE. I try and ship within one day of having receive payment if payment is received early enough in the day many times I am able to ship out the same day. if there are any problems at all with the item or my service please contact me directly and I will do my best to resolve any issues without involving eBay resolution center. I am offering the extended holiday return privileges through December 31, 2014, however if the item is damaged in anyway you must report that within 14 days of the sale so I can make adjustments or a refund.
