Brown & Sharpe #7 ER32 Collet Chuck Holds all ER32 collets Draw Bar Thread 3/8X16 0.015MM (0.0005") Run-Out Tolerance High Grade Carbon Steel, Precision Ground Now you can use 3/4" shank mills, drills, boring bars, and so on in your Brown & Sharpe #7 taper machinery, such as Bridgeport M head, Clausing, and several other older milling machines and lathes. No need to pound on your draw bar to remove your BS7 collets anymore, just unscrew the ER32 collet nut and switch collets. Much easier and quicker to switch tooling, and less wear and tear on your expensive spindle bearings. You will need a ER32 nut wrench and ER32 collets, not supplied. I do not have either for sale. The difference between using a .5" shank tool (boring bar, face mill holder, etc) and a .75" shank tool on a Bridgeport M head is very noticeable. Surface area of a .5" shank tool = .5 x .5 x 3.1415 = .78" Surface area of a .75" shank tool =.75 x .75 x 3.1415 = 1.76" Shipping is $5.25 to the United States. International shipping is actual cost.
