Up for bids is a Brown & Sharpe Tubular Inside Micrometer - 7"-8".   The micrometer head is labeled Brown & Sharpe Mfg. Prov., R.I., U.S.A.  The number 270 is on the micrometer.   The micrometer turns easily.  It extends and retracts over the entire 1" of adjustment.  It is in good condition, with the only thing that I can see is that there is some superficial rust on the knurl of the micrometer. Since it came as part of an estate buyout, it is being sold "as is". Enlarge and carefully examine the posted scans for a good look at the condition.
