This feature is also present on the inside of the pans so that multiple pans can stack without jamming together while providing space between pans for ventilation, allowing pans to completely dry for proper sanitation. Made of 24-guage, 18/8 stainless steel material. The edges and corners are reinforced to resist bending. Available in 2/3-size. Comes with 6.3-quart capacity. NSF listed. Measures 13-7/8-inch length by 12-3/4-inch width by 2-1/2-inch depth.
