Although I aim to assure safety with a well-packaged parcel, once it is in transit, it is out of my control and thus, I cannot accept responsibility for the very rare occurrence of damage or loss by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. I Ship your item on the first business day after confirmation of payment. All my shipping invoices are located under the shipping label. You can pick up your purchase in person. FREIGHT SHIPPING: I arrange all freight shipments. Buyer will use the Freight shipper that I chose. I will do my best to get the best price on Freight shipping. On all Freight, shipments include a phone number, whether the address is Residential or commercial, if there is a loading dock and if there is a forklift is available. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift then a lift gate truck while be required. I will need this information promptly, to speed up the Quote process and prevent delays in shipping the item. Your quote by my freight service will be billed exactly as quoted with no mark up’s, however at times this may be more than the cost of the actual item. Please ask for a quote prior to bidding, so there are no surprises. Freight items sometimes require payment by bank wire transfer or certified funds, since shipments and delivery confirmations sometimes do not conform to PayPal requirements. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I accept only PayPal as payment from all Bidders. International Bidders when you purchase an item from littlmarie either by auction or from littlmaries warehouse of stuff there is a No Refund No Return Policy due to so many problems with customs and buyers not receiving there item. Once I receive confirmation of payment, I will provide you the shipping information with a tracking number. This will show I have delivered your purchase to the USPS, FedEx, or UPS. This is when the No Refund No Return Policy will take effect and under no circumstance will you able to get a refund of your money. Sorry but that is just how it has to be. There is a NO REFUND NO RETURN Policy on all and any International sale. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship using the Global Shipping only. When Shipping International shipments you need to contact EBay for all Import duties, taxes, and any other charges that are not included in the item price or Shipping cost. I only use a few shipping options but due to PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy, if an item sells for $250.00 or more then the item must be shipped by Express Mail. Express mail requires the item to have insurance, also requires a confirmation delivery signature, and tracking. Express mail provides $100.00 of insurance at no additional cost. Any sale above $100.00 will have final insurance costs calculated at the end of the sale; do not make payment until I contact you. I say this because using the Global Shipping Program EBay does not allow use to send invoices. If you want or need insurance please email me before you make payment so I can adjust the shipping cost if necessary and reissue you a corrected amount for shipping. CUSTOMS DELAYS: All International shipment can have delays at customs. I have no control or responsibility for shipping delays due to customs or any other circumstance that are beyond my control. RETURNS: Returns that I except are if product received is not as I described in the description. If I accept a Return, buyer will send back the item prior to issuance of a refund. All Returned items have to contact me within 24 Hours from delivery time of your package. All items Returned have to be just as they were when delivered. When returning an item please packaged the Return the same way, it was when you received the item. The Return must have a tracking number with the Return. All Returns must be in the mail within 48 Hours of noticing me about the Return. There is a 20% restock fee on all items Returned. Buyer will pay all shipping costs on Returns. If the Return had free shipping, the buyer will repay the seller the original shipping cost. All Returned items will receive there refund within three business days from which item were received back to the seller FEEDBACK: Feedback is a very important part of eBay.
