This used Bag Treatment / Bulk Bag Filling line last ran wood pellets and is located in West Monroe, Louisiana. It is manufactured by Bag Treatment Holland BV. The line consists of the BTH-VVF-1600-NN vertical form fill seal bagger, the BTH-PCD-1500 palletizer and the BTH-Rainbow stretch hooder. It was purchased in 2007, installed in 2008, and ran for approximately 2 years bagging close to 60,000 short tons. It has not been used in some time but is in good condition and should run without any issues. It bags at a rate of 18-20 tons per hour stacking 1 ton per pallet, equating to 15-17 bags per minute. It was sized for a production facility of 60,000 short tons of annual production. Last ran 40 x 48 pallets. Manuals for all three components are available in PDF.
