Buchi lower distribution head with damaged threads for the valve stem, please see pictures for details.   This is similar to a Buchi 40657 except with a 35/20 socket instead of the 45/40 inner joint for the condenser.  Includes only what is shown in the pictures - no valve stem, seals, stopcocks, etc. The chip is roughly 25% of the way around the lip, and it extends down approximately 11mm.  There were originally two and a half threads for the valve stem, and there are two complete threads remaining.
