It looks as though it was well taken care of or hardly used. This does not come with a stand. It has a clamp on the side to clamp to pole. Please look closely at the pictures. Item is sold as described. International add $10.00 if I ship thru USPS, if shipping other than USPS there is a $25.00 paperwork fee. This is due to customs invoices and time it takes to get shipping quotes. If there is a shipping cost shown in the auction, it is for the continental US 48 States. Hawaii, Alaska, US properties such as Puerto Rico, Canadian and international shipments have additional shipping costs as the quote in the auction is based on shipping in continental US.
