The discs have a series of progressively finer lines for determining lens resolution and contrast. We do not have the paperwork, but a simple examination will yield the number of lines per inch or mm. While these test discs were used on the Visible and Infrared Spin-Scan Radiometer (VISSR) they can be used, in the correctly designed system to do quality assurance on, say, regular photographic objectives.......
