Buddy Rhodes DHEX ceramic resin hybrid dry diamond pads are used in wet or dry polishing of concrete. Designed for use on the BR Triad planetary polisher, DHEX pads incorporate 6mm diamond hexagonal segments uniformly positioned to optimize planetary movement for superior surface finish quality. Proprietary segment positioning allows the DHEX pads to maintain flexibility and eliminate pad chatter found in rigid diamond pads. Shipping Payment Policies About Us Contact Us Most smaller packages, like blades, ship via USPS. USPS shipments average 6-12 days for delivery in the USA. These very same packages take 10-18 days for delivery to an address outside the USA. Larger packages, like grinders, by default, ship via UPS Ground in the Continental USA. This takes about 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping to HI, AK, and Puerto Rico, by default, will ship via USPS Priority Mail. This will take 4-7 business days for delivery. We offer tracking numbers for all our transactions. USPS or UPS. However, the USPS tracking system is notorious for not updating their tracking data. Sometimes not ever. But you, our customer, will always receive your ordered item or your money back. We guarantee it. We just ask for a sufficiently reasonable time frame, as outlined above, before any sort of action is asked of us pertaining to a processed and shipped order. Orders shipped to a country outside the USA will have to deal with some sort of Customs office once it reaches an entry point. They have the power to hold, delay, or flat out refuse a package. Although, that is not common. Please note that Customs can delay a customer's delivery. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
