This is a 18 in. in dia. black bristle scrub polishing and possible carpet cleaning brush for use with floor buffers and machines.

The actual size of this brush is 19 1/2 in dia. The brush is new but will not be shipped in it's original container. I have no idea what type machine the clutch plate is made for.
