Covers everything from pattern making to the finished and machine engine.  From the cover "You can build this unusual engine. Build James Atkinson's 1886 Cycle engine.  This unique water cooled engine is built around a 1.25 in piston which completes all four of its strokes in a single turn of the crankshaft.  And each stroke is a different length.
