This booklet contains Templa-Turn processes and tool layouts utilized for the machining of typical automotive transmission and differential parts. The model of TemplaTurn used to machine the part is indicated below the process table. The process tables illustrate techniques and tooling concepts that are fundamental with the high machining performance capabilities of the Templa-Turn. Whenever possible, standard tooting is utilized for both first and second chucking operations. This is particularly true in cases involving a family of parts. The stock diameter for each part being machined is noted on the part drawing. Stock removal is also shown on the drawing and the surfaces are lettered to correspond to the WORK SURFACE column on each of the process tables. Information regarding material and machining cycle time is also noted on each table.The approach utilized depends upon customer requirements such as lot sizes, frequency of changeover, and parts symmetry. All my Bullard items come of a distrubutor out of Rotterdam (The Netherlands) are full original or copy manuals from the manufacturer/distrubutor are unused, clean and no notes or underlining. Item wil be sent in an cardboard box. All books are complete and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Minor defects (few annotations and underlinings, stamps, etc.) have not been mentioned in all cases.
