 We used this unit for one year and then stored for one year now it is available to you. It has users manual, parts manual and set up guide. It worked perfectly when stored, I powered it up today and it appears fully operational. It will need a freshwater line via a filter attached to the rear. basket has some normal tea residue and a few runs through a commercial dishwasher will clean out if you like. Unit is 120v. Look closely, pics well describe the excellent condition this unit is in. All stainless steel construction. Bottom has 4 rubber feet. The dispenser/ urn has a vinyl Luzianna Tea label on it which can be removed. You restaurant supply distributor usually gives them out based on which tea you used. What you see is included in auction. This is a complete unit. Please send any questions or offers and remember the closer you are the cheaper the shipping.  SHIPPING: This is a very large and heavy unit. 4 options: you arrange shipping, or I can send UPS for 75 dollars (I will return any extra or cover any additional $$) within the US, you can pick it up, or I can deliver free up to 75 miles of the Frederick, Md/ DC area.
