now it will need hoses, I tossed the ones u see in the pic they where dry rotted and where in the way of safely packing the tool, it works we tested it it went down when the foot pedal pushed in raised back slowly when released now doesn't apply a lot of pressure and has some adjustment room on depth best I can tell, there may be some missing pieces if it was meant to be a press cutter I don't know selling cheap make me a offer packed In a large priority box for better shipping cost it is heavy again I have no idea if this is even called a press it acts like one if you no what it is please let me know thnaks for reading my garbling words again no hoses included
