The BB300 has a housing made of white ABS plastic, with a printed legend giving numbers and letters for columns and rows. The internal contacts are phosphor bronze with a plated nickel finish. A peelable adhesive tape backing is provided for attaching it to a surface. Solderless breadboards are great for building and testing new circuits because parts can be easily inserted and removed; and they are completely re-usable. The SB300 Solderable PC BreadBoard enables you to transfer your circuit and wires from the BB300 plug-in BreadBoard without recutting wires or changing your layout. It has the advantage that soldered joints provide a more reliable long-term connection than solderless contacts. The SB300 has two power rails along the centerline. BPS uses high-quality FR4 glass epoxy PCBs for long life, with an anti-tarnish protective coating for easy soldering. BPS boards are Lead-Free and RoHS Compliant. Features Test your circuit on the BB300. Move your parts to the SB300 and solder to make it permanent. The Solderable PC BreadBoard pattern matches the BB300.
