COMPLETE STAND ALONE UNIT! 239' Buschman 34" Gravity Roller Conveyor System (3) 90 Degree Corners - 2 Gates - Legs- Assembly Hardware ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ This Buschman Conveyor system was in use up until 3 months ago. It was being used as a stand alone unit in a warehouse to fill/process large boxes with dry goods for distribution. The entire system was dismantled and stacked in the lot where you see it now in the pictures. It is located in Casa Grande Arizona. The system was set up in a large square configuration with 3 corners and 2 lift up gates. Actual width is 37" but I think it considered a 34" wide conveyor system. It is complete with everything to include the straight secitons, gates, corners, adjustable legs and bolts. It will be easy to reassemble. It has been rained on a couple times with some minor surface rust on a few of the rollers but it will clean up nicely. The corners have a back guard to prevent boxes from falling off. I have included pictures of the manufacturer's labels of the straight sections, corners and gates. I dont have a clue the weight capacity but it looks heavy duty to me. Each straight section is 12 feet long x 6.5" tall x 37" wide w/ (48) 33.5" rollers each Actual rollers are 1 7/8" diameter with 1/2" axle (my measurements) Each Corner section will fit in a 6' x 6' corner Each gate is 36" wide, lifts up and locks in place. Each leg will adjust from 22" to 32" tall Included in this sale- (16) 12 foot straight roller sections (1) 5 foot straight roller section (3) 90 degree corner sections (2) 36 inch lift gate sections (19) double leg units (38 legs total) Original Bolts & Nuts to assemble I am open to suggestions on shipping. Preferably pickup would be best for us but I can arrange shipping if we have to. According to my calculations this system will fit on 3 pallets 13 feet long x 40" wide. Each pallet will weigh approximately 2000 lbs. It will more than likely require a flat bed truck or trailer to transport but could be stacked in a box truck if we had to. We do have a forklift at the lot to assist with the loading. Contact me to discuss options. CONDITION This is a preowned conveyor system removed from service 3 months ago. It does show some sign of use with some wear in the paint and overall wear and tear. I dont see any reason this system can be assembled and used. There is some minor surface rust where the paint is worn but I think it will clean up nicely. All the rollers I checked turned freely and I didnt notice any bearing wear. All sections appear usable.
