PURPOSE & HISTORY: When I was a child, I made a couple of original origami models that I used to sell as 3D Business cards, the one depicted here is the Butterfly. My late father insisted that I get a Visual Arts copyright on the model, which I did, under the Berne Convention Rules. Now that model has been refined and perfected, even has a flap on the underside to accommodate card holders (little plastic pitchforks that florists use to attach cards to floral arrangements). APPLICATIONS & DESCRIPTION: (REMEMBER TO INCLUDE WHAT YOU WANT WRITTEN {COMPUTER PRINTED OR HANDWRITTEN} ON THE PIECE {4 LINES PER BUTTERFLY} OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE BLANK PASTEL COLORED MODELS TO CUSTOMIZE YOURSELF). SPECIFY IF YOU WANT ASSORTED PATTERN BUTTERFLIES (NO WRITING AVAILABLE ON PATTERNS; IT IS NOT VISIBLE)---OR 25 PATTERN CARDS AND 25 CUSTOMIZED BUSINESS CARDS). SAME PRICE FOR ALL 50 CARD LOTS. USES: These cards are ideal for many business owners, especially restauranteurs. Give them to departing customers, and reward them with something when they return with it, a discount or extra service for free, perhaps. This can dramatically increase repeat business and go a long way to distinguishing you from your competitors. There is space for a personal note to be written on each card, by your waitress/employee. For example, below your contact info, your employee/waiter could write, "Thank You, Please ask for Stacy next time!," on the blank part of the card.
