Pick your choice of design and e mail us. 4. Pay for items. Only when you are happy with the card and want to proceed will you have to bid and pay! 5.Remember until you receive your items ‘PLEASE CHECK YOUR E MAIL DAILY FOR ANY UPDATES’ Also check your junk mail in case our mail has been sent there. Why did your e mail not reach me? You need to check your e mail junk folder or add us to your safe list or contacts. Can I have my own company logo/image on the cards? Yes. Simply e mail your images in JPEG, PNG, BMP OR GIF FORMAT PREFERABLY, using the eBay mailing system or to artbydesignz@hotmail.co.uk with your eBay ID in the subject heading. We will check if they are suitable and send you a proof for your approval. (Approval is required before we can post your cards) Is there an extra cost for the designing of the cards ? There is NO extra cost for the designing of the card or the artwork/clip art used. Do you store my design? Your design is kept on our database should you require to re order. Do you do coloured cards? We do not do coloured card. We only use white card. Do you do full coloured backgrounds? We do not do coloured backgrounds, only white. Do you do coloured paper or card? No, sorry we don't What should I do if I require the stationery quicker?
