It powers up, and the engraving head moves around as the machine initializes. It responds to input from the buttons, and I was able to move the head around, get it to return to its home position, raise and lower the head, and I was able to get it to engrave a plate of metal in all three modes [Engraver, Pen (Score), and Cutter). The machine cuts a "T" inside of a circle (please see the photos above for detail). This is the extent of my testing of this system, and it is being sold as-is. It comes with a power cord, but no other accessories are included. It comes as shown in the photos above. If you do not see it in the photos, it is not included.
