It powers up, and spins successfully, and the speed seems to max out at a little below 6000rpm. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. It comes with a Rotor and Buckets, as shown, but the buckets all appear to be somewhat crusty inside, with old EFD nozzles stuck at the bottom of each one. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 15"L x 13"W x 12"H. Please ask questions or indicate concerns prior to bidding.
