Add Us to Your Favorite Sellers List C112879 NSK Rorze Net Motion Step Motorized Linear Positioner Vacuum Feedthrough (Click to Enlarge) Product ID # C112879 This Motorized Linear Positioner Vacuum Feedthrough is composed of a pair of NSK Linear Slide Rails with LH20 Bearings, a Net Motion 5718L-03-01 3.00A Motor, a Rorze RD-023MS 2P Micro Step Driver, a US Digital E2-400-187-3 Encoder, and a Novellus I/O Junction board, as shown. These items look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. The slides move back and forth smoothly by hand. However, I have no way of testing the motor and driver. It provides approximately 17-7/8" of travel. The two slide bearings are joined with magnets. It does not include an O-Ring seal for the vacuum flange. Sold as-is.
