It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and it responds to input from the controls. However, I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test it, and it is being sold as-is. When I pressed the "Power Meter On/Off" button, or the "DAC" button, an Error 13 was displayed. When I pressed the "Power Meter dB" button, an Error 01 was display. I'm not sure what these errors mean. The label on the back lists Option WB70, but I'm not sure what this option is, or if it is actually installed in this machine. It will include a power cord, but no other accessories are included. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 17"L x 17"W x 6"H. Please ask questions or indicate concerns prior to bidding.
