The glass doors and covers are all broken and missing. It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and it responds to some of the buttons. The doors open and close automatically when the unit is powered up, but the two Door Open/Close buttons do not seem to respond. Also, the "Zero" bar does not zero the display, but seems to turn the unit off, and when you turn it back on, the display has the same reading as before. You have to unplug it and plug it back in to zero the display. The unit does weigh, and it is shown above weighing 10g, 50g, and 200g calibration weights (the weights are NOT included). However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. A power adapter is NOT included. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 18"L x 10"W x 12"H.
