It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and it responds to input from the controls. However, I think it might be having some problems. The first couple times I powered it up, the alarm went off continuously, and nothing came on the display accept a couple dark cursor lines. So I gave it a few love taps on the side of the controller, and the alarm went off, and various things came on the digital display. I was able to navigate through various menus, but sometimes the display would freeze and would no longer respond to any of the buttons, so I would have to restart it. This is the extent of my testing of this system, and it is being sold as-is, for parts or repair. It will include a power cord, but no other accessories are included. It comes as shown in the photos, so if you do not see something in the pictures, then it is not included. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 21"L x 17"W x 17"H.
