It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and it stirs successfully, and the speed is adjustable. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. The plate surface measures approximately 9.5 inches by 10 inches. It will include a power cord, but no other accessories are included. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 16"L x 11"W x 5"H.
