It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, and the meter needle fluctuates when some of the dials are turned, and the "Over Load" light came on a few times while I was turning the knobs. However, I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test this system, and it is being sold as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 20"L x 20"W x 8"H.
